Dear Bankless Nation,🏴
Last week we cleared a huge milestone and finally removed the absurd quorum requirement that was set in place at the end of Season 2. This was an important step in helping our guilds and projects continue to drive the Bankless movement forward. This week, we are primarily looking at Guild updates, but we’ve got some other exciting news as well, including new data from the Analytics Guild, a sneak peak at the new bDAO website design, and kickstarting the Global Tax Guide.
Guilds are the talent pools for members to get involved and level up in BanklessDAO. This newsletter is an invitation to see what we are working on, and your ticket to getting plugged in. We want you to get involved, share your skills, and contribute meaningfully to work that you are passionate about. It is our collective effort that sets us in motion for the long road ahead.

📊 Analytics Guild | Guild Coordinator: paulapivat
The Analytics Guild builds data products and uses data analytics to equip bDAO members to achieve our mission with data-driven intelligence. They also incubated DAO DASH.
Updates
There is a new forum post that breaks down Activity Metrics and existing dashboards in service of answering a burning question: How many active contributors do we have? They have included a few polls that will help analysts continue to provide relevant insights for guilds, projects and initiatives throughout BanklessDAO.
They have also been contacted by a few Coordinape admins. They are working on the data to create insights for our community.

🎨 Design Guild | Guild Coordinators: NFThinker and JENetics
The Design Guild designs everything from article covers to POAPs to bDAO marketing materials. Their next-gen innovative designs support the public face of bDAO.
Updates
The Design has been working very hard getting new projects off the ground in the past month. These include:
BanklessDAO Website redesign: Catch a glimpse of how the design is turning out.
DAO Heat: The Design Contest is underway and they are receiving submissions. If you haven’t yet, submit your design!
BanklessDAO Instagram: has grown from a couple hundred followers to over 1,200 in just two months!
The Guild is planning a new weekly newsletter to cover trends and showcase art from designers. The first issue will be dropping next week.
Designers are sprucing up two different financial reports, making a name for ourselves in this field.

🎙 AudioVisual Guild | Guild Coordinator: zimteemo
The AV Guild is the home of BanklessDAO video and audio content. From broadcasting the Community Call to building the next version of our audio-recording bot, bDAO contributors rely on the AV Guild for crisp, clear audio solutions for unifying contributors across time zones.

The AudioVisual Guild is hard at work building out a menu of services to offer to outward facing clients. We're trying to maintain a flow of talent from the DAO guilds into various positions at the podcast hatchery including hosts, co-hosts, guests, writers, and marketing teams. There's plenty of ways to get tied into BanklessDAO A/V Content.

⚖️ Legal Guild | Guild Coordinator: @Eagle_lex Bartolus
The Legal Guild authored the BANK legal assessment and white paper. It also provides regular updates on the legal developments in crypto and DAO governance. They also incubated the Decentralized Law newsletter and Ab Initio podcast.

Starting from Season 3, the Decentralized Law newsletter has moved onto a bi-weekly issue format.
The BanklessDAO whitepaper is in the final stages and will be made public soon.
The Global Tax Guide (GTG) is a project that aims to provide clarity on the crypto tax regimes of selected jurisdictions from across the globe. Over time, it is intended to cover more jurisdictions. Currently, the contributors have almost finished first drafts of jurisdiction-specific contributions and they’re now starting the review process. They are also working on the unique NFT that will be required to gain access to the GTG.

BanklessDAO Website Revamp | Project Champion: @0xJustice
The Website Project started at the end of Season 2, obtained funding for Season 3 and has come a long way since. They have different teams working on code, design and content to scream the Bankless mission to the world in the best manner possible.
The new website will be main pages, separate sub-pages on guilds and projects, portals to hire bDAO’s talent and much more.
Check out the preliminary designs on Figma and a live version of the ongoing website.
They are looking for assistance with coding our the front end. Have a look at their code and jump in to contribute.
Fight Club | Project Champion: @tesa_daa
The Fight Club OG t-shirt was revealed at ETH Denver.
They are working on the final details for the minting of the OG Fight Club NFTs on Polygon.
Their activity data will be made available soon.
