Our projects and guilds are working tirelessly to expand and bolster the Bankless movement. This week we are featuring some of the work our projects are doing, including the Podcast Hatchery airing the new Making Bank podcast, the EPA’s month-long initiative to drive excitement around writing and publishing within bDAO, the IMN is currently discussing going full-fledged subDAO, and Bounty Board has some exciting new features and upgrades to share.
Projects are how guilds scale their activities and how contributors find a home to share their ideas and implement them. Projects are the gears that drive us forward on our journey West. This newsletter is an invitation to see what we are working on, and your ticket to getting plugged in. We want you to get involved, share your skills, and contribute meaningfully to work that you are passionate about.

🔈 Podcast Hatchery | Project Champion: @D Side
Podcast Hatchery empowers individual creators to develop their own content, improve their production skills, grow an audience and ultimately generate high-quality content that will represent the mission, ethos, and diversity of BanklessDAO.
Updates
Podcast Hatchery incubated the Making Bank podcast series. Making Bank is a show for bDAO by bDAO, where each week we highlight a project and a personality from inside the DAO. They showcase the work that we do and the people who do it. Recently, they released the first episode of Making Bank. New episodes will air every Monday on Spotify.
The Hatchery team is planning to release a new show called Bounty Hunter. To listen to these episodes, follow the BanklessDAO Presents channel on Spotify.

✍️ Editing and Publishing Arm (EPA) | Project Champion: Samanthaj
The EPA provides a quality control mechanism for the content that flows out of the DAO. They have a team of experienced writers and editors who ensure that the publications meet our quality standards and align with our mission.
Updates
The EPA has started a month-long initiative called March for Words to increase excitement about writing for bDAO. It kicks off on February 21 and ends on March 22. Generally, the EPA submissions pay out 2 BANK per word with a maximum limit of 3000 BANK. If you make a submission within this period, you can get PAID up to 4000 BANK!
The EPA holds Writers Workshops every week to discuss writing and editing tactics. They are hosted in the Writers Room on Wednesdays at 6pm UTC and are open to everyone. Stop by to pitch your article idea, learn from other writers, and get your article in top shape for your March for Words submission! Stop by and join the conversation.

🌐 International Media Nodes | Project Champion: Jengajojo
International Media Nodes (IMN) are Bankless channels that spread the message of the Bankless movement beyond North America. They translate BanklessDAO content, publish original pieces, run social media accounts and ship newsletters. Search the different media nodes.

Over the past three months, bDAO has seen many nodes morph into full-fledged sub-DAOs. The IMN project has been transformed from being a multi-lingual loudspeaker for Bankless content to an incubator of multi-lingual subDAOs which are onboarding people from different parts of the world. In that light, they are having a conversation on whether to sub-DAO or not within the project.
The project has seen some governance overhaul in the Season and they are welcoming new roles to the Team this week:

Grants Lead - gioser
Sponsorships Lead - Lalocripto
POAP Manager - JohnChan
Accountant - Vallentina
IMN is always expanding. They have several new language nodes are in the pipeline including Hungarian, Romanian and Japanese. If you’re region is yet to find a node in IMN, join their Discord channel and be the one to start one.

💰 Bounty Board | Project Champion: Icedcool
The Bounty Board creates an efficient mechanism of coordination between organizers and contributors. It provides a way to quickly access Web3 talent within the DAO for any task that an organizer or coordinator may require.
Updates
The Bounty Board is going strong and seeing a lot of changes recently. They are working with the Marketing Guild to create their branding and kick off a marketing campaign to bolster bounty collections.
They have released NEW features such as:
Require App Bounties - People Apply to Bounties.
Gated Bounties - Gated to Roles.
Assigned Bounties - Assign to a person.
They have many more features coming VERY SOON including front end bounty creation, editing and claiming, and a detailed dashboard!

🔥 DAO Heat | Project Champion: FreedomFighter
DAO Heat is a collaborative writing and design contest founded to increase coordination among bDAO members. It involves two stages, a writing contest followed by a design contest. The winning design is then converted into a collection of 50 limited edition NFTs that will be put up for sale. Prize monies can go up to 3000 BANK + a cut of the NFT sales.

The Bankless Academy project is building a Web3 Education Protocol to onboard everyday people to the Bankless movement. They are looking for a Product Manager who will be focused on directing the project towards specific business & platform KPIs - helping their software engineers and product designers stay organized by sizing the design and dev efforts, maintaining cadence, and helping to both generate and prioritize a backlog of product features.

📈 Coordinape Admins Reach-out | DAO DASH is looking for help
The DAO DASH project was incubated by the Analytics Guild to establish patterns from on-chain and off-chain data sources and display them in a palatable manner. They are looking to create data on bDAO Coordinape rounds.
